Berlin suspends sale of three submarines to Israel

A German National Security Council official announced Tuesday the indefinite postponement of a memorandum of understanding for the sale of three submarines to Israel. The signing was to have taken place in Germany. This step came in light of Israel’s investigation into possible corruption over the deal.
