Biden announces he will not enter the US presidential race

Vice President Joe Biden announced at the White House Wednesday that he has decided not to enter the race for president next year, leaving Hillary Clinton as the leading Democratic contender. He was flanked by President Barack Obama. Biden said that he does plan to be vocal in the campaign.
