Bomb rips through bus carrying Pakistani gov’t workers, over 16 killed
A powerful bomb exploded on a bus carrying Pakistani government employees to work in the city of Peshawar on Wednesday morning, killing at least 16 people and wounding 27 others. The explosive device weighing about 4 kilograms was planted close to the gas tank and detonated by remote control as the bus passed by a crowded market. There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack.
