Booby-trapped letter blows up at IMF office in Paris; one wounded

A booby-trapped envelope sent to the offices of the International Monetary Fund in Paris exploded as it was being opened on Thursday afternoon. The person who opened the letter sustained minor injuries. Police bomb squads including bomb-sniffing dogs launched a search of the building to determine whether any other such letters had been delivered.
