Border policemen thwart stabbing attack in Jerusalem area

Israeli border policemen manning an observation post prevented a stabbing attack on Wednesday when they sighted a minor who attempted to sneak out of Shuafat refugee camp without a security check. The minor was detained by policemen who found that he was carrying a concealed knife. After being arrested, the minor admitted during initial questioning that he intended to carry out a terrorist attack, a Jerusalem Police spokesman said.
