Boy of 14 youngest Briton ever charged as terrorist
The 14-year old boy was accused of encouraging an Australian teenager to carry out a terrorist beheading during the ANZAC war remembrance ceremony on April 25. He was charged with two counts of inciting terrorism overseas and refused bail by the Westminster Magistrates’ Court in London. The boy whose name was not released was the youngest Briton ever to appear in court on a terrorist offense. In Australia, five teenagers were arrested earlier over a plot to attack the national remembrance ceremony in Melbourne.
