Brexit process starts in ten days

Britain’s 180 EU-based diplomats were ordered on Wednesday to start withdrawing on Sept. 1 from hundreds of official meetings and contacts, excepting only “those that affect the UK’s key interests such as security, defense and finance.”  The Brussels boycott starts days before the next parliament session at which lawmakers plan to stop PM Boris Johnson’s plan to leave the EU even without a deal. The PM has meanwhile launched a fresh diplomatic drive to obtain new terms from Brussels.
