Britain adds entire Hizballah movement to terrorist blacklist

The UK has added the entire Hizballah movement to its list of terrorist groups subject to asset freezing. Previously, the UK, like most of Europe,  only blacklisted its military wing. The listing now includes the military wing, the Jihad Council and all units including the External Security Organization. Hizballah was founded by Iran’s Revolutionary Guards in 1982 during he Lebanese civil war.
