Britain elevates N. Ireland terror threat level

Britain's Home Secretary Theresa May announced Wednesday that the level of the terror threat from Northern Ireland had risen from "moderate" to "substantial" for the first time since 2012. The terror warning applies to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland itself. The New IRA announced recently that it is "determined to take the war to the age-old enemy of our nation."
