Brussels terror perpetrator worked briefly at European Parliament
One of the terrorists who carried out the attacks on Brussels on March 22 worked for short periods during 2009 and 2010 as a janitor at the European Parliament in the Belgian capital, the parliament spokesman's office said Wednesday. The press release said he worked for a cleaning firm that "submitted proof of the absence of a criminal record to the European Parliament." The spokesman's office did not identify the terrorist, but he was apparently Najim Laachraoui who is also suspected of building the bombs for the November 2015 terrorist attack on Paris.
