Car bombing thwarted on Jordan’s border with Israel

Jordanian border policemen foiled a car bombing on their country's border with Israel on Tuesday when they halted a vehicle whose driver failed to obey their order to stop at a checkpoint. The car was found to contain gas bombs, and the driver, who is suspected of planning to cross into Israel, was arrested and taken in for questioning.
