Car explosion kills at least 13 on Turkish-Syrian border

A minivan traveling from Syria to Turkey blew up Monday as it passed through a busy Turkish customs gate near the town of Reyhani. Dozens were injured. Deputy Prime Minister Bulent Arinc said an investigation was ongoing.
