Casualties from Tehran assault up to 12 dead, scores wounded

The casualty toll from the coordinated attacks on the Iranian parliament and the tomb of Ayatollah Khomeini in Tehran reached 12 dead and scores wounded as of Wednesday afternoon. ISIS claimed responsibility for the assault. The local police instructed citizens to avoid using public transportation in the capital until further notice.
