Casualty toll from London attack rises to four dead, over 40 wounded

The number of casualties from Wednesday's terrorist attack in front of the parliament in London has climbed to four dead and more than 40 wounded. Among those killed was a local police officer, 48-year-old Constable Keith Palmer, who was stabbed to death at the gate of the parliament. He was not armed.
