Chechen ruler visits troops in Ukraine

Ramzan Kadyrov, the ruler of Chechnya, Monday visited the contingent he sent to Ukraine to take part in the Russian army’s encirclement of Kyiv. A video on local TV showed him attired in battle gear talking to Chechen commanders at an underground position outside Hostomel airfield, 7km outside the Ukraine capital.
