China: Cooperation damaged by US cyber-spying charges

Beijing has denied ever engaging or participating in cyber theft following Washington’s charge against five army officers and warned of damage to cooperation between the two countries. After summoning the US ambassador, the Chinese foreign ministry urged Washington to “immediately correct its mistakes” and withdraw the charges. China has meanwhile suspended operations of the China-US Cyber Working Group.
