Contrasting condemnations of Berlin attack from Obama and Trump
The White House denounced “what appears to have been a terrorist attack” in Berlin Monday night, when a truck ploughed into a Christmas market and killed 12 people. President-elect Donald Trump said “ISIS and other Islamist terrorists continually slaughter Christians in their communities and places of worship as part of their global jihad.” He warned that it was getting worse and the West must change its way of thinking.
