Coronavirus cases in Israel pass 100 mark

 Coronavirus cases in Israel passed the 100 mark on Thursday, two in serious condition. Israel has extended the Purim closure of the West Bank and Gaza Strip in line with measures to contain the spread of the disease. Israel is assisting the Palestinian authorities with training and equipment for fighting covid-19. Thousands of Palestinians are in quarantine, with the town of Bethlehem, a major source of infection following visits by foreign pilgrims, still in full lockdown.
