Coronavirus infection breaks past 2,500 red line for tough restrictions
The Health Ministry reports that 2,862 new covid cases were recorded on Tuesday, way past the 2,500 red line set for restoring rough restrictions. Of the 80,000 tests conducted, 3.5pc were positive. Out of 378 hospital patients seriously ill, 98 are on respirators. The number of deaths rose to 3,022.
