Cruz, Sanders notch victories in Wisconsin primaries

Democrat Bernie Sanders and Republican Ted Cruz won the presidential primaries in the US state of Wisconsin on Tuesday. With nearly all of the votes counted, Cruz led rival Donald Trump by about 15 percent, while Sanders, with about 56 percent of the vote, defeated Hillary Clinton, who received about 43 percent.
