Damascus Gate terrorist convicted for attempted murder
Palestinian terrorist Ayman Kurd, 21 from a village near Hebron was convicted Tuesday of two counts of attempted murder. Last September, he stabbed two Israeli police officers outside Damascus Gate in Jerusalem. First, he jumped the police officer Koby Krudo, stabbing him in the upper torso and neck, then attacked the female officer Tzipi Yaakobiyan from behind and slashed her in the neck. She remains paralyzed.
