Dangerous chemical spill in Jerusalem; residents told to stay in their homes
An unidentified chemical substance was spilled from a still-unidentified truck on Tuesday morning in Jerusalem's Pisgat Zeev neighborhood, forcing the closure of Moshe Dayan street, the area's main road. Residents reported symptoms of nausea, burning in the eyes and vomiting. The police, the unit for dangerous chemicals and the fire department ordered residents of the area to stay in their homes, close the windows and turn off their air conditioners.
