Death toll from London blaze rises to 12

London police said late Wednesday afternoon (local time) that 12 people are now confirmed to have died in the fire that raged through a tower block in North Kensington. The death toll is expected to climb. Nearly 80 people have been hospitalized including 18 in critical condition.
