Death toll from twin blasts in Ankara rises to 86, 126 injured

The two explosions took place Saturday morning near the central train station of Ankara, killing 86 people and injuring 126. The target appears to have been an opposition peace march getting ready to set out and call for an end to the violence with the Kurdish separatists group, the PKK.
