Death toll rises to 34 from car bomb blast in central Ankara

A car bomb explosion Sunday at the Guvenpark near the Turkish Education Ministry in central Ankara caused at least 34 fatalities and dozens injured.  Many vehicles caught fire and many ambulances raced to the scene. This is the third major suspected Islamic State attack to hit the Turkish capital since October 2015.
