DEBKA: Russian coastal defense missiles moved to Sevastopol

The Russian army this week moved mobile coastal defense missile batteries from the Russian base of Novorossiysk to its Crimean base of Sevastopol, DEBKAfile’s exclusive military sources report. The K-300P (Nato codenamed SSC-5), which are the most advanced of their kind, were deployed to fight off naval units, repel landing forces and counter other hostile activity including cyber warfare.
