DEBKAfile: Israeli Prime Minister Benyamin Netanyahu told US Secretary of State John Kerry during the last few days, ahead of Kerry's visit to Jerusalem and Ramallah on Tuesday, that now is not the time to make concessions to the Palestinians, and that Kerry should not expect such a gesture. The visit to Israel and the Palestinian Authority will only be for a few hours.
