Disabled ex-soldier sets himself on fire

The man, aged 50, is in serious condition after setting himself on fire in his wheel chair Sunday in Yahud near Tel Aviv.  Although passers-by tried to extinguish the flames with water hoses and fire extinguishers, he suffered burns on 80 percent of his body before a Magen David ambulance put him on life support and took him to hospital.
