Dismantling of Syria’s chemical weapons halted
The OPCW’s effort to eliminate Syria’s chemical arsenal is stalled by Albania’s rejection of the American request to permit their destruction on its soil. The UN Organization for the Prevention of Chemical Weapons has postponed the most complicated and important part of is project indefinitely.
