Double suicide bombing in Baghdad kills 38, injures 105

Iraqi officials raised the death toll to 38 from the twin suicide bombings in Baghdad Monday. Another 105 people were injured. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack, which bore the hallmarks of the Islamic State which has claimed multiple such attacks on the Iraqi capital.
