Early rocket fire against south spreads to central Israel

Palestinian rockets were aimed at central Israel, including Tel Aviv, Friday after initial rounds against the south one of which damaged a building in Ashkelon. Iran Dome downed four rockets over Tel Aviv, two over Ashkelon. No casualties were reported. The Israeli cabinet meets Friday afternoon to deliberate the latest US ceasefire proposal for Gaza hostilities submitted by US Secretary of State John Kerry.
