Egypt: 19 attackers of Coptic pilgrims killed in shootout

The interior ministry in Cairo said Sunday that police pursued into the desert west of Minya province the Islamist terrorists who killed 7 Coptic Christians and wounded seven more including children on Friday near the Monastery of St. Samuel the Confessor.  Nineteen fugitives were killed in a shootout.
