Egypt presents Hamas and Israel with ceasefire proposal

The Egyptian brokers on Tuesday proposed that Israel and the Palestinian Hamas in Gaza accept a ceasefire that goes into effect at 6:00 hours local time on Thursday morning.  Hamas has reportedly accepted the proposal. Israel has not yet replied.
