Egyptian president attends Coptic Christmas Eve mass

Egyptian president Abdel Fattah el-Sisi visited the main Coptic cathedral in Cairo Tuesday night for the Christmas Eve mass, hours after two Egyptian security officers guarding the ceremony were shot dead by unidentified gunmen.
In a speech marking the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad, el-Sisi called for a religious revolution, asking Muslim leaders to help fight extremism.
