Eleven killed in pro-Morsi protesters’ clashes with police
Muslim Brotherhood supporters clashed with the police across Egypt Friday. They were defying the ban on demonstrations. Eleven people were killed and 52 injured in four cities, Cairo, Alexandria, Fayum and Ismalia. Police arrested 122 demonstrators. This week the Brotherhood was declared a terrorist organization. Since Mohamed Morsi was overthrown by the army in July, his supporters have staged almost daily rallies.
