Eliyahu David Kay, 26, is the civilian killed by a Hamas terrorist in Jerusalem

The gunman, identified by Hamas as a teacher of Islam and one of its leaders in East Jerusalem, shot dead a civilian, Eliyahu David Kay, 26, a recent immigrant from South Africa, who settled in Modi’in.
