Envelope with ricin addressed to Trump intercepted
A package containing deadly ricin poison that was addressed to President Donald Trump was intercepted before it reached the White House earlier this week, the FBI reported. It was discovered at a screening facility for White House mail. As investigations as to the origin of the package proceed, it was found to have been sent from Canada. Ricin, if swallowed, inhaled or injected, can cause nausea, vomiting, internal bleeding and ultimately organ failure.
