Erdogan accused Obama of arming Kurds blamed for Ankara bombing

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Friday he will tell President Barack Obama that US weapons have helped the Syrian Kurdish militia he has blamed for Wednesday's Ankara bombing. He said he had “no doubt the Syrian PYD and its military wing were behind the rush-hour blast which killed 28 people.”

DEBKAfile: Kurdish militias control three northern Syrian enclaves abutting on the Turkish border. By mutual consent, the US supplies arms to the Kurdish PYD militia in the Qamishli enclave in their war on ISIS, while Russia arms the Kurds in the Kobani and Afrin pockets.
