Ex-minister urges France to adopt Israeli counterterror tactics
Herve Morin, who served as France's defense minister from 2007-2010 in the government of Nicolas Sarkozy and is currently president of the country's Normandy region, called Wednesday for the adoption of Israeli methods to deal with jidhadist terror. He said France should take action against anyone who poses a threat to the nation, adding "Do not hesitate to learn from what was done in the hardest-hit countries by terrorism – I refer specifically to Israel. We need to Israelize our security."
