Exchange of fire ongoing in eastern Ukraine

A Ukrainian officer reported Thursday that his soldiers are responding to artillery shelling in Eastern Ukraine, He said one Ukrainian soldier and 3 civilians were injured and a kindergarten damaged in the Luhansk region of Ukraine. British officials claimed the shelling of a kindergarten was “a false flag operation” designed to create a pretext for Russian military action.”
