Explosion on Russian St. Petersburg metro. At least 50 casualties including 5 dead

First report of at least 50 casualties including five dead in a blast at Teknologicheskiy Institut metro station in the Russian cit of St. Petersburg Monday. An unconfirmed report says two stations were attacked. The damage is described by witnesses as catastrophic with many injured commuters lying on the platform.
