An explosive device was found overnight outside the busy Groenland underground station in the Norwegian capital Oslo. The security service took charge of the incident, neutralized the device and arrested a suspect after police cleared nearby bars and restaurants. No further information. The incident occurred as crowds gathered in Stockholm two days after a terrorist plowed his truck into Stockholm shoppers and killed four people, and a week after a St. Petersburg metro train was blown up by a suicide bomber leaving 15 passengers dead.
