Far-right Turkish party officials detained at Ben Gurion airport
A group of officials from Turkey's far-right Great Unity Party, including deputy party leader Ilker Kayalioglu, was detained on Thursday morning upon arrival at Israel's Ben Gurion international airport, reports said. They were questioned for an hour and a half, and during that time party leader Mustafa Destici, who had come with them to Israel, refused to go through passport control until all of the party members were released. The reason for the detainment was not given.
