Female suicide bombers strike mosque in Nigeria; more than 22 dead

Over 22 people were killed and dozens were injured when two female suicide bombers attacked a mosque in the city of Maiduguri in northeastern Nigeria on Wednesday. Reports said one of the women blew herself up inside the mosque as prayers were underway, and the other bomber waited outside and detonated the device she was wearing as those who survived the first explosion attempted to flee.
