Payouts to businesses hit by the pandemic crisis will be ramped up from 40pc loss of turnover, to 25pc, Finance Minister Yisrael Katz announced. Employers keeping workers on the job will receive cash grants. Since personal example was important for gaining popular trust, Katz announced salary cuts for cabinet ministers, deputy ministers and lawmakers.
