First balloon from Gaza after IDF operation

The first Palestinian incendiary balloon from Gaza since last month’s large-scale IDF operation set fire early Monday to a Kibbutz Nahal Oz wheatfield.  Communities within range of Gaza’s attacks are waiting to see if the government stands by its emphatic pledges not to allow the long-running pre-operation threat from Gaza to recur.
