Bashan region, which includes Golan, was inhabited by two Israelite tribes during the time of Joshua, the tribe of Dan and Manasseh. The city of Golan was a city of refuge. King Solomon appointed ministers in the region.

There is no discussion possible, same as for Jerusalem, Golan is Israel’s land historically, officially and practically/technically.

wrong. There is no binding UN resolution to that effect.

And under the principle of self-determination, since Golan residence prefer Israeli rule, the Golan will remain in Israeli hands. Israel has had control of this land far longer than Syria, which was given it under sykes-picot and the principle that colonial borders would become national borders. But Syria’s three time invasion through this real estate voided that.

The UN has no authority and cannot exercise anything but pass worthless ‘motions’. Israel owns the Golan if someone wants it they will have to fight for it. I don’t like their chances, and if you had a brain you wouldn’t either.

Unfortunately too many American Jews continue to support the more and more left Democrats instead of helping and support the smarter and pro Israel, like never before, President Trump.

It is all written, easy to see, nobody can deny hard historical facts.
Syria has thrown this Jewish ancestral mountain to hurt Israel in ’67 during the Six-Day War, but Moshe Dayan saw the move with his eye patch and the Golan Heights landed Ok.
Then, in ’73 Syria launches the Yom Kippur War, throws again the mountain, and misses again, also because because of Moshe’s eye patch.
Menachem Begin had no eye patch in ’81, only oversized solid eyeglass frames, but he saw the need for The Golan Heights Law, which also landed with no mistake.
In February 2018, the Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu stated that “the Golan Heights will remain Israel’s forever” and he also has nice eyeglasses.
It follows that it is easy to see that Golan Heights is and will always be part of Israel.

It is pathetic that the UN is voting on Israel and the Golan when there are 500,000 dead Syrians. Does the UN want to reward Assad for killing Syrians in Syria by having Israel hand over the Golan? Let’s not forget that Syria occupied Hamat Gader from 1948 to 1967 which belonged to Israel.
