First ISIS Ramadan strike leaves 20 dead in Baghdad

Two car bomb attacks killed at least 20 people and wounded 60 Tuesday on Baghdad streets that were crowded with Ramadan shoppers. The first, claimed by ISIS, killed at least 13 people in the commercial Karrada district. A few hours later, another explosion left 7 dead and 38 injured near a government office in the Karkh district.
