First ISIS Ramadan strike leaves 27 dead in Baghdad

Two car bomb attacks killed at least 27 people and wounded 100 Tuesday on Baghdad streets that were crowded with Ramadan shoppers. The first, claimed by ISIS and targeting Shiite Muslims killed at least 16 people in the commercial Karrada district. A few hours later, another explosion left 11 dead near a government office in the Karkh district.
