An Israeli Patriot fired at drone over Golan

The IDF fired a Patriot anti-air missile from a battery in Safed at an UAV nearing the Syrian-Israeli Golan border Sunday afternoon. The missile missed aim after the drone turned tail and returned to Syria. The IDF stated:  Israel’s air defenses and identification system located a threatening object before it crossed into Israel. No violations of sovereign Israel air space will be permitted and action will be taken against any attempts to harm its citizens.

What Israel needs is a swarm of small drones operating in unison and able to operate as a sinle entity or any configuration most effective for the mission. These drones must be armed and dangerous. They could also be used against kites and kite flying operatives.

Sounds like a Russian drone because so far Israel has not been able to or mostly likely tries not to down them.

How about developing new designs for small and portable low speed high maneuverability anti-drone swarms of missiles?

Or, if there is no more creativity and desire to defend his country, forget it! Instead prepare a good load of white flags on very long sticks, as to be highly visible from afar, one for each IDF soldier on the border.

shoot a net witch weights to catch the drone and home it to gather intelligence.
So one needs a cannon to shoot a net to catch the drone when it enters Israeli Airspace.
Then a parachute opens and lands the drone while a transmitter helps to find it.
This is important to gather intelligence from storage media in that drone

Your plan is like good a little bit, but we first need a missile homing on the location of radio signal driving the drone, then en helicopter landing 2 minutes to retrieve all ID, computer and docs from the pile of meat before the vultures come.

Another $2M missile wasted on a $200 drone. Great job IDF.
Sterilizing Gaza Strip of all life would probably cost less.
